(From Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home)Myrna Rae Caddick, age 88, of La Russell, Missouri, passed away at 2:30 a.m. on Monday, July 19, 2021, at her home. She was born September 28, 1932, in Springfield, Colorado, the daughter of Delmar and Iva (Beeler) Gordon.
Myrna was a homemaker, loved painting, sewing, crocheting, and gardening. She was a member of the Blake Baptist Church.
On February 2, 1947, she married Cecil Caddick, in Ulysses, Kansas.
Myrna is survived by her husband of 74 years, Cecil; two daughters, Janice Calvin and her husband, Stanley, of Sarcoxie, Missouri and Ramona Landers and her husband, Randy, of Ash Grove, Missouri; one son, Rick Caddick and his wife, Kristy, of La Russell, Missouri; one brother, Lester Gordan of Claremore, Oklahoma; one sister, Portia Thiesfield, and her husband, Rick, of Mt. Vernon, Missouri; seven grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and ten great-great grandchildren.
Myrna was preceded in death by her parents, Delmar and Iva; one sister, Ola Mae Johnson and three brothers, Dwane, Jack and Dolan Gordon.
A funeral service, under the direction of the Morris-Leiman-Mosher Funeral Home in Miller, Missouri, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 24, 2021, at the Blake Baptist Church, 8630 CR 10, Sarcoxie, Missouri. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 22, 2021, at the Morris-Leiman-Mosher Funeral Home in Miller. Online condolences may be shared at www.FossettMosherFuneralHome.com.
