Blake is survived by his parents, Zachary and Jessica Leal, Neosho, MO; three sisters, Kennedy, Avery, and Paisley; Maternal grandparents, Tim and Virginia Ryan, Wyandotte; Paternal grandparents, Rick Leal, Eldorado Springs, MO, Tammy Simmons and husband Steve (Sam), Joplin, MO; Casey Cotton and wife Megan Columbia Mo; Maternal great grandparents Darrell Jones and wife Tammy, Wyandotte; Tim Ryan and wife Uldine, Carthage, MO; Paternal great grandparents, Rex Greenwood and wife Patricia, Neosho, MO Debbie Kruse, Neosho, Mo; Great great grandpa Roy Hudgins, Carthage Mo; and a host of Aunts, Uncles, cousins, and extended family members.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, January 20, 2023, at the Burkhart Cemetery in Racine, MO with Pastor Kelly Sampson, and Pastor Randal Greenwood officiating. Arrangements under the personal care of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca, MO.
