(From Ozark Funeral Home)James Perry Hale, 63, of Anderson, Missouri formally of Pocola, Oklahoma departed this life on Tuesday, January 9,2024 after a brief illness.
Perry entered this life on November 4, 1960. in Torrance, California, son of Darvin Edward and Ocie (Eatmon) Hale. He will always be remembered as everyone's beloved brother, uncle and friend.
He enjoyed woodworking and make many handmade items for his family. His motorcycle was one of his favorite things he enjoyed the most. He taught everyone around to live life to the fullest. He was a daredevil, and he was always seeking the next adventure and adrenaline rush. His love for horses shows with all the pictures and statutes he had.
He made sure he had pictures of all his family hanging in his room at all times. He left us with beautiful memories that will stick in our hearts forever. His stories will be told for generations to come.
Perry is survived by his siblings Rickie Hale of Spiro, Oklahoma, Carla Hale of Chicago, Illinois, Charlie Hale of Fort Smith, Arkansas and Phillip Lowrey of Pocola, Oklahoma. His nieces and nephews Ricky Hale, Melissa Garrett, Arron Hale, Sean O'Brien, Amy Chaney, Lee Chaney, Taylor Martin, Jackie Mendoza, Vanessa Lowrey and Whitney Lowrey and many great nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents Darvin and Ocie Hale, sister Darla Martin and nephew James Evan O'Brien.
There will be a memorial service for Perry in April.
