David Sharp

David E. Sharp, aged 60, passed away on February 7, 2024. He was born on June 11, 1963, in Stella, MO, to Roy and Marcella Sharp.

David dedicated his career as a self-employed mechanic, where his expertise and skill brought comfort and assistance to many. He was an active member of the McDonald County Coon Hunter's Association and found joy in various outdoor activities, including fishing, truck and tractor pulls, and Mo-Kan racing. 

David's passion for these pursuits brought him closer to nature and provided cherished memories with friends and family. David leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion. 

He is survived by his children Vivian Hickman and husband Joshua of Rocky Comfort, Tasha Salas Castillo and husband Miguel of Neosho, and Savanna Crandall and husband Corey of Neosho. He was a loving grandfather to his ten grandchildren, who brought him immense joy and pride. He is also survived by his mother, Marcella Sharp of Neosho, MO, and his sisters Pearl Gillespie of Rocky Comfort, MO, and Sara Johnson of Bella Vista, AR. Additionally, David leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends who will deeply miss him. 

David is preceded in death by his father, Roy Sharp, his brother Timothy Sharp, and sister Janie Sharp.

A celebration of David's life will be held at 2 PM on June 15, 2024, at the Rocky Comfort Park, providing an opportunity for loved ones to come together and honor his memory.
