Odell Hatfield

Odell Hatfield went to heaven to be reunited with her husband and two children on September 13, 2014.

Odell was born March 11, 1930 in Carthage, MO to John O. Coady and Anna “Exum” Coady. Odell was united in marriage to Raleigh O. Hatfield on July 6,1946 in Columbus, KS. He preceeded her in death on March 15, 1995. Odell worked outside the home at Country Pride and various other places.

Odell is survived by Her Brother Huebert Coady of Carthage, MO, Her Sister Maryjane York of Joplin, MO, One Daughter In-law Jody Hatfield of Jasper, MO, two Grandsons James R. Hatfield Jr.(Gina) of Jasper, MO and Clayton S. Hatfield of Jasper, MO,one Granddaughter Tracy “Hatfield” Vance Carthage Mo., two Great Grandsons Mason Hatfield and Jesse Vance, two Great Granddaughters Alanea Brock and Madelyn Hatfield, two Great Great Grandsons James and Jacob Tosh and Grandson in-law David Vance. She is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.

Odell is preceeded in death by Her Husband, Two children; James Raleigh Hatfield, Sr on June 24, 2003 and Judy Irene Hatfield Kim on March 6, 2007, three sisters and one brother

Odell will be greatly missed by her family and those who loved her. No family had a better Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother, and Mother in-law. We will not see her kind for a long time.

Services will be held Tuesday September 16, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. Ulmer Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. prior to service at Ulmer Funeral Home. Burial will be at Park Cemetery Carthage, MO.
