William ‘Bill’ C. Luellen was born March 17, 1946 in Fairfax, Missouri, the son of Sive and Evelyn (Perkins) Luellen.
He entered into rest on August 27, 2018 in Neosho, following an illness, at the age of 72.
Bill moved to the Neosho area in 1981 from Fairfax and had worked as a road grader and then was a driver for G and H Concrete until his retirement.
He enjoyed fishing and hunting and was an avid reader and Kansas City Chiefs fan. He attended the Assembly of God Church.
Bill is survived by his companion, Donetta Dunn of Neosho; six children, William J. Luellen of Granby; Shawn Stillions of Choteau, OK; Angie Fleer of St. Louise, Denise Dunn of Springfield, Kevin Dunn of Branson and Phillip Dunn of Neosho; one brother, Jack Luellen of Anderson and one sister, Becky Friend of Neosho; ten grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation services will be Thursday, August 30, 2018 from 5 pm to 7 pm at the Clark Funeral Home. Following visitation, Bill will be taken for cremation.
