JoAnn Elizabeth Bates passed away suddenly at her Neosho home on August 18, 2018, at the age of 45 years, 7 months, and 13 days.
She was born January 5, 1973 in Stella, MO and spent most of her life in the Neosho area.
JoAnn worked as a CMA at New Vision Group Homes. Her greatest joys were caring for her family, cooking, and flowers.
On October 1, 1993, she married Clayton Bates in Neosho, MO; he survives of the home. Additional survivors include her father, Dan Casey; mother, Cathy (Bispo) Wilson of Neosho; children, Kayla Bates and Dylan Bates of Neosho; brother, Jeremiah Testerman of Neosho and one grandchild, Adalania.
A time of visitation will begin at 12:00, prior to 1:00 pm service on Friday, August 24, 2018 at Neosho Chapel of Memories, Neosho, MO. Billy Adams will officiate.
