Cynthia C. 'Cindy' England, age 60, Joplin, passed away at 7:44 p.m. Thursday, August 9, 2018 at Freeman West Hospital after an illness.
Cindy was born March 11, 1958 in Houston, Texas to the late David Collier, Sr. and Wanda Sikes Collier and had lived in Joplin most of her life.
She worked at Celltron for over ten years and served in the United States Navy. Cindy was an active member of Christ Point Church and served in several different capacities.
She married Cecil L. England on July 2, 2014 in Joplin. He survives at the home.
Additional survivors include a daughter, Natasha Wilson and husband, Derrick, Joplin; three stepchildren, Damian England and wife, Rachel, Joplin, Donald England, Joplin, Desiree England Brown and husband, Robby, Joplin; siblings, Missy Parker-Farmer and husband, Terry Farmer, Neosho, Mary Cox, Texas, Wendell Collier and wife, Ann, Houston, Texas, David Collier, Jr., Huntington Beach, California; stepmother, Garland Collier, Normangee, Texas; and 21 grandchildren.
A visitation is planned for Tuesday from 6-8:00 p.m. at Parker Mortuary.
Arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary
