Betty F. Witt age 77 of Webb City, Missouri passed away on Sunday, October 13, 2019 at her home. She was born on February 26, 1942 in Webb City, Missouri to Merle Riddle and Rosa (Ford) Riddle.
Betty was a cook at Webb City Health & Rehab for many years prior to her illness.
She was preceded in death by her husband Gary Witt; 2 brothers, Frank Riddle and John Riddle; and 2 sisters, Eva Yearwood and Mary Jo Gordon, and a great granddaughter, Kaylen Warren.
Betty is survived by her sons, Terry Witt of Webb City, Bill Witt and wife Dezirai of Hollister, MO; a sister, Laura Ringler of Joplin; 8 grandchildren, Alisha Warren, Matthew Witt, Jack Daniels, Brandon Witt, Blake Witt, Jayden Witt, Robert Castro, Brittany Starky; 16 great grandchildren; brothers in law, Jack Witt and Billy Gene Witt; and sister in laws, Sharon Longley and Leetta Riddle.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Simpson Funeral Home in Webb City. The family will be present for visitation on Wednesday from 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Webb City Cemetery.
