Janice Lee Harding, age 71, Carthage, passed away at 12:45 a.m. Thursday, October 24, 2019 at Mercy Hospital after a sudden illness.
Janice was born September 14, 1948 in Webb City, Missouri to the late Calvin Parker and Virgie Palma Parker and lived in the Carthage area most of her life.
A homemaker, Janice was proud of her Cherokee Indian heritage. She enjoyed music; crocheting; collecting dolls and travel. She loved her family and will be missed by all who knew her.
Janice is survived by two daughters, Malinda Lee Snyder, Rosa Lee Bergles; siblings, Gary Parker, Jackie Parker, Connie Parker, James Parker and wife, Diane, Rocky Parker, Steven Parker, Otis Parker and wife, Tammra; nine grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; and several extended family members.
In addition to her parents, Janice was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Beebe; and a sibling, Terry Parker.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
