(From Clark Funeral Home)Jean Waters McCoy was born July 30, 1946 in New Bern, North Carolina, the daughter of Joseph Henry and Mary Amelia (Heape) Waters. She entered into rest on November 11, 2020 in Seneca, Missouri, following an illness of 33 years of type I diabetes.
Jean worked in sales at a museum and as an assistant office manager for a physician's office. She moved to Granby in 2015 from Beaufort, South Carolina.
Jean enjoyed doing crafts, reading, cooking and doing crossword puzzles. She was a member of the Carteret United Methodist Church in Beaufort, South Carolina.
She is survived by a daughter, Angela Anderson and husband, Dave of Granby; a granddaughter, Ginger Marie Anderson and identical twin sister, Joan Waters Felicetti of Sebring, Florida.
She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Mitchell Arnold Waters.
