(From Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home)Vicky Jean (Conley) Sikes, 63, Seneca, MO, passed into eternal rest at 9:44am, November 11, 2020 at Mercy Hospital in Joplin, MO after an illness.
Vicky Jean Conley was born June 11, 1957 in Butler, MO the daughter of Vernon Doyle and Mary Ellen (Moore) Conley. Vickey was a 1975 graduate of the Butler High School and also a 1978 graduate of Ozark Bible Institute. Vicky was a faithful Christian woman and she also played the piano for many of years for church services. She was a member of the Seneca Assembly of God in Seneca, MO where she was very involved. Vicky loved playing the piano, reading, shopping (especially for her Kids and grandkids). Vicky loved spending time with her family and church family.
Vicky Jean Conley married Denny Sikes June 2, 1978 in Neosho, MO and together they have served in ministry 42 years.
Survivors include her husband Pastor Denny Sikes, Seneca; two sons, Josh Sikes and wife Lilias, Seneca and Caleb Sikes and wife Amanda, Seneca; one daughter, Aimee Still and husband Eric, Macon, MO; Siblings, James Conley and wife Kay, Butler, MO, Janice Keeler, Joplin, MO, Mina Miller, Neosho and Eva Hargrave and husband Donald, Daingerfield, grandchildren, Taylor, Chloe, Tanner, Gabe, Payne, Joshua and Bentlee; 16 nieces and nephews and a host of church family and friends.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 5 pm, Sunday, November 15, 2020 at the Seneca Assembly of God.
Funeral services under the personal direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca, MO will be held at 10:00am, November 16, 2020 at the Seneca Assembly of God with Jim Laudell officiating. Burial will be in the Seneca Cemetery with Payne Sikes, Gabe Sikes, Tanner Still, Randy Morris, Gary Bridges, Eddie Cravin, David Ackerson and Don Higinbotham serving as pallbearers. Honorary Pallbearers will be Taylor Still, Chloe Sikes, Josh Sikes and Bentlee Still.
Vicky loved the color purple, to honor her people are welcome to wear something purple to the funeral services.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that memorial contributions be made to the Seneca Assembly of God Youth and Children’s Ministry in care of the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home PO Box 380 Seneca, MO 64865.
