(From Clark Funeral Home)Steven W. Clark was born September 20, 1958 in Kansas City, Missouri to Harry and Clytstia (Hurlburt) Clark. He entered into rest, following a short illness on July 10, 2021 in Joplin at the age of 62.
Steven moved to Pittsburg, Kansas at the age of five and to Granby in 2002. He served in the U.S. Army, serving during Desert Storm. He was a truck driver for many years, retiring in 2015.
Steven enjoyed rebuilding motorcycles, collecting guns and especially loved being with his kids and grandkids.
Steven and Donna Faye (Hoyt) were married on April 19, 2002 in Granby and she survives.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by five children, Mia (Jonathan) Gardner of Lawrence, Kansas, Erica (Jeremy) Smith of Joplin, Missouri, Draven Clark of Granby, Missouri, Tim (Emily) Hines of Neosho, Missouri and Hoyt (Tausha) Hines of Granby, Missouri; eight grandchildren, Ava Hines, Morgan Hines, Shelby Hines, Abbigail Hines, Brooklyn Hines, Case Hines, Oscar Gardner and Ceclia Gardner. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Leroy Short.
