(From Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home)Tommy Copeland, 90, of Wyandotte, Oklahoma went to be with his Lord and Savior on January 1, 2023.
Tommy was born on January 30, 1932, at Neosho, Missouri to W.L. and Elsie Copeland. He lived in rural Ottawa County, Oklahoma and was a farmer his whole life. He attended Bible Holiness Assembly of God Church in Neosho, MO.
He married Elizabeth Friend on January 14, 1950. She preceded him in death on March 9, 2008.
He is survived by two daughters, Patty Jones of Ozark MO and Joy Sappington, Wyandotte, OK. Six grandchildren, Tricia Readshaw (Brad), Tim Sappington (Sarah), Derik Jones, Megan Miller (Kevin), Joni Sappington and Joel Sappington (Christin); eighter great-grandchildren; three brothers Bob Copeland, Frank Copeland and Billy Copeland.
Public Viewing will be held at the funeral home Wednesday during the hours 9am to 5:00pm after that the casket will be closed and remain closed.
The family will receive friends at the Bible Holiness Assembly Of God Thursday from 1pm to 2pm. Funeral services will be held following the visitation at 2 pm with Rev. Daniel Taylor and Rev. Terry Miles officiating. Following services burial will be in the Seneca Cemetery with grandsons serving as pallbearers.
