Helen Cheshire

In loving memory of Helen Ann Cheshire, 67, who died Sunday, Dec. 10, 2023.

Ms. Cheshire was born Aug. 14, 1956, in Houston, Texas, to Sallie Helena Phoebe (Adams) Cheshire and Clifton Clyde Cheshire, Sr.

Survivors include her son, Chaison Cheshire, Columbia, Mo. and her siblings, Tracy Cheshire, Santa Fe, New Mexico, Carolyn Stewart, Lamar, Missouri and Jewell Daniel, Racine, Wisconsin.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Clifton Clyde Cheshire, Jr.

Ms. Cheshire was a 1974 graduate of Lamar High School, having graduated 27th in her class. She attended college at the University of Missouri-Columbia, graduating in May of 1978 with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. She continued living in the Columbia area for the balance of her life.

She was a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), who had also earned her Black Belt in Karate.
