(From Ulmer Funeral Home)Thomas Kurt Panzer, 59, of Carthage, Missouri, passed away on Monday, January 1, 2024.
Thomas was born in Long Beach, California, on October 4, 1964, to Clayton Lee Panzer, and Velma Mae (McNutt)Panzer, Tom graduated from Edgewood West Covina High School then joined the US Navy, and proudly served on the USS Sampson.
He was the owner and operator of Tom’s Toolbox for 22 years.
Tom was united in marriage to Kathy Panzer on June 4, 1988; she survives.
Along with his wife Kathy, he is survived by his daughters, Katie Storey and Son in Law Roger Storey of Riverside, California, and Regina Reid and Son in Law Evan Reid of Carthage, Missouri; grandchildren, Roger Thomas Storey, and Charlee Mae Storey; of Riverside, California, who he loved with all his heart and many Friends and Family from the East Coast to the West, one brother, Timothy Panzer; of Pratt Kansas and one sister, Tammy Farmer of Clarksville, Tennessee.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Tony Panzer.
There will be a graveside service held for Tom at 2:00 PM on Friday, January 12, 2024, at Mt.
Hope Cemetery in Webb City, Missouri. A visitation will be held from 6:00 to 7:00 PM the
previous evening on Thursday, January 11, 2024, at Ulmer Funeral Home in Carthage,
Missouri.
