Candi Elaine McFadden of Peoria, OK passed from this life Monday, May 14, 2018 at KU Medical Center in Kansas City, KS. She was 38.
Candi was born January 16, 1980 in Durant, OK . She had lived in the Quapaw and Joplin area most of her life. Candi was a waitress at J – Town and Guitars in Joplin, Missouri.
Survivors include her son Dylan Jones of Joplin, MO, her daughter Bailey Jones of Grove, OK, her mother Elizabeth Jane Samis of Peoria, OK, 2 sisters Amber Mahler of Grand Prairie, TX and Melissa Samis of Stillwater, OK, maternal grandfather Eugene Needham of Peoria, OK, 3 uncles J.R. Needham, Bruce Needham and Curtis Needham.
Celebration of Life services will be Saturday, May 19, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the Peoria Community Center in Peoria, OK. Pastor Paul Case will officiate.
