Rebecca Faulk

Rebecca Ann Faulk, 62, passed away Monday, May 7, 2018 at her home in Carthage. Rebecca was born June 8, 1955 in Kansas City, MO to Robert Z. and Alice “Schmall” Faulk.

Rebecca was a longtime resident of Carthage, graduating from Carthage High School Class of 1973. She attended Franklin Tech to become an L.P.N. in 1976, then graduated from Pittsburg State’s nursing school in 1982. She spent several years employed as a home healthcare R.N.

Rebecca was an avid animal lover and never met a stranger. She was an active participant in Southwest Missouri Bank’s Lifestyles trips, volunteered at Camp Quality as a camp nurse and was a supporter of Stone's Throw Theater in Carthage.

Rebecca is survived by one brother, Robert S. Faulk of Carthage; two sisters, Lynn E. Chambers (Glenn) of Carthage and Sarah J. Faulk (Libby Belt) of Memphis, TN; two nieces, Crystal Campbell (Scott) and Casie Moses (Stephen); four great nephews, Logan, Scotty, Van and Carter; one great niece, Emilia; and one best friend and caregiver, Norma Landers of Webb City.

Visitation will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, May 10, 2018 at Ulmer Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow immediately at 2:00 p.m. at Ulmer Funeral Home. Burial will be at Park Cemetery.
