Rose Anna Charland, 97, of Fairview, Missouri went to be with her Lord in Heaven on Tuesday May 29, 2018 while at Lacoba Homes in Monett. She was born in Quebec, Canada on January 31, 1921; the daughter of the late Henri and Aurore Theberge. She was united in marriage on February 23, 1938 in St. Dents De Bromton, Quebec, Canada to Joseph Charland; he preceded her in death on November 14, 2005.
She was a homemaker, a member of the Sts. Peter and Paul Church in Pulaskifield, and a member of the P.C.C.W.
Rose is survived by four sons: Joseph (J.C.) Charland of Fairview, Missouri, Richard Charland of Tempe, Arizona, Robert Charland of Phelan, California, and Roland Charland of Butler, Tennessee; three daughters: Gerimane Pagh of Coer De Alane, Idaho, Louise Ekstrand of Coer De Alane, Idaho, and Fernande Palmer of Fairview, Missouri; three brothers; thirteen grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, nineteen great-great-grandchildren, and three great-great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation for Rose is being held on Thursday May 31, 2018 from 6:00p.m. to 7:30p.m. with Rosary beginning after visitation at 7:30p.m. at the Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Pulaskifield, Missouri. Funeral Mass is being held on Friday June 1, 2018 at 1:00p.m. at the Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Pulaskifield, Missouri with Father Hank Grodecki officiating. Burial will follow services at the Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Bennett-Wormington Funeral Home in Monett, Missouri.
