Billie Mullin

Billie Sue Mullin, 73, of Anderson, Missouri was called to heaven on Sunday, September 16, 2018 at the McDonald County Living Center in Anderson, Missouri.

Billie was born on November 17, 1944 in Bentonville, Arkansas to the late Ronald P. and Waunita Lee (Roughton) Rains. She grew up in Jane, Missouri. Billie graduated from Pineville High School and married Ted Mullin on July 21, 1962. She worked at Big Smith's and Pillsbury Factories in Joplin, Missouri as a line worker, until illness forced her to retire. She was a member of the Diamond Baptist Church. Billie enjoyed music and horses.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ted Mullin; an infant son, Dicky Mullin.

Billie is survived by a son, Bryan Allen Mullin of Springfield, Missouri; a sister, Emma Lee McAfee of Jane, Missouri; nieces, Lee Ann Cooper of Anderson, Missouri and Rainey Weaver of Phoenix, Arizona; along with a host of other relatives and friends who will dearly miss Billie.

Funeral Service will held on Friday, September 21, 2018 at 6:00 pm at the Anderson Chapel of the Ozark Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to service time at the funeral home; family will receive friends at this time. A private burial of the cremains will be held at a later date in the Jane Cemetery in Jane, Missouri.
