Della Irene Lucinda Mayhugh, 99 of Carthage, Missouri passed away Saturday, September 8, 2018 at St. Luke’s Nursing Center.
She was born August 22, 1919 in Barton County, Missouri to John Thomas and Bertha Viola (Andrews) Taffner. Della was a homemaker and helped with O.A.T.S. transportation system. She was a member of the Jasper Christian Church.
Della was united in marriage to Harold Mayhugh on April 11, 1941 in Stockton, Missouri. He preceded her in death on August 30, 1986. Survivors include Nieces and Nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers, and four sisters.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at 11:00 A.M.. at Weng Funeral Chapel, Jasper, MO.. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 P.M., Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at Weng Funeral Chapel. Memorial contributions can be made to the O.A.T.S. transportation system.
