Kenneth Stewart

Kenneth H. Stewart, 71, Stella, entered into rest after a lengthy illness, surrounded by his family on September 15, 2018.
He was born June 19, 1947 in Exeter, MO to Raymond and Leta (Cochran) Stewart. Kenneth was a lifelong area resident and was owner/operator of Kenneth Stewart Custom Bulldozing. He was a volunteer with Stella Fire Department for over 20 years; in 2012, he also retired from MODOT. Kenneth was an avid fisherman and hunter, and enjoyed riding horses.

Kenneth married Dorothy J. Lingle on April 3, 1967; she survives of the home.

He is also survived by two daughters: Melissa Blevins and husband, Lonnie of Anderson and Pamela Miller and husband, Curtis of Stella; four brothers: Charles Stewart of Bentonville, AR, Edmond Stewart, Joseph Stewart, and Jackie Stewart all of Ritchey, MO; four grandchildren: Derek Francisco, Lonnie Blevins III, Miranda Gooder, and Justin Francisco; and seven great grandchildren.

Services will be 1 pm Wedeneday, September 19 at Clark Funeral Home Granby Chapel, with Pastor Jamey Cope officiating. Interment will follow at Tracy Cemetery, Anderson, MO. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 18 from 6 pm until 7 pm, at the Clark Funeral Home Granby Chapel in Granby, MO.
