Steven Ray Carr, 62, Neosho passed away on September 4, 2017.
Steven was born on October 21, 1955 to the parents of Jimmy Carr and Billie John. He was a registered nurse and moved here two years ago from Texas. Prior to living in Texas, he lived in Joplin. Steven was an avid golfer and loved football and baseball. He was a Christian.
Steven is survived by a daughter, Hanna Williams and husband, Austin, Neosho; a brother Michael Carr, Texas; a sister, Debbie Thomason, Joplin; a grandchild, Augustus Williams; several nieces and a nephew. He is preceded in death by a daughter, Leiton. The family will hold a private family service at a later date.
