Gary Bond

Mr. Gary Leo Bond, 62, of Anderson, Missouri, departed this life suddenly on Friday, July 19, 2019, at his residence.

Gary entered this life on March 1, 1957, in Stella, Missouri, son of the late Clyde and Myrtle (Nunley) Bond. He was a lifelong area resident and a 1975 graduate of McDonald County High School.

On August 14, 1978, he was united in marriage to Robin Younger and to this union three daughters were born. Gary was a mechanic throughout his life specializing in tractor and farm machinery and was the owner of No-Boy Farms Tractor Repair. He enjoyed farming, tending to the needs of his cattle and spending countless hours with his family. Gary was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and two grandchildren, Eric Bond and Jordyn Bond.










Gary is survived by his wife of forty years, Robin Bond of the home; three daughters, Jessica Sams and husband, Joe, of Anderson, Jennifer Drake and husband, Curt, of Goodman and Jalyssa Johnson also of Anderson; seven grandchildren, Dakota Miller, Casha Drake, Cylee Drake, Tristen Miller, Makayla Miller, Caleb Johnson and Colton Johnson; three brothers, Melvin, Bob and Marvin Bond all of Anderson; two sisters, Anna Lou Spears of Anderson and Wilma Hall of Monett, Missouri; several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other family and friends.

Funeral services for Gary are 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 23, 2019, in the Anderson Chapel of the Ozark Funeral Homes with Bro. Bob Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in the New Bethel Cemetery in Anderson. Those honoring his life by serving as pallbearers are Steve Reeves, Steven Cosgrove, Dan Royce, Zachary Sales, Dude Younger and Larry Hodson.
