Jenene V. DeGraw, 86, Neosho, MO passed away July 29, 2019 after several months of declining health.
Jenene was born in Elida, New Mexico on June 7, 1933 to Jessie Otis and Nancy Virginia (Dering) Vaught. She was raised in Kenna, NM and attended Eastern New Mexico University.
Jenene and Donald DeGraw were married May 15, 1954 in Lovington, NM; he preceded her in death on January 21, 2010. Jenene had lived in the Neosho area for nearly fifty years, having moved to the area from California. She was a homemaker, loved to play cards with her family, and loved sewing. Jenene was a member of the First Baptist Church of Neosho.
She is survived by three children, Gary DeGraw and wife, Mary of Carl Junction, MO, Nancy Brownen and husband, Terry of Seneca, MO, and Butch DeGraw and companion, Crystal of Neosho, MO; one sister, Virginia (Tootsie) Barnes of Farmington, NM; seven grandchildren; and nineteen great grandchildren.
Services will be 1:00 pm, Thursday, August 1, 2019 at Clark Funeral Home Chapel of Memories, Neosho, MO with Dr. Todd Decker officiating. Interment will follow at Granby Memorial Cemetery, Granby, MO. A time of visitation will be held on Thursday beginning at 12:00 noon until service time.
