Charles L. 'Roy' Fredrick, age 79, Joplin, passed away at 6:56 a.m. Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at Freeman West Hospital.
Roy was born August 25, 1939 in Joplin to the late Paul Fredrick and Louella Bailey Fredrick and had lived in Joplin most of his life.
Roy owned and operated an office machine sales and service company for many years before he retired. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and enjoyed spending time with his family. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.
Survivors include a son, Marc Fredrick; a daughter, Mary Arnold; a sister, Patricia Fredrick; many grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
A private family graveside service is planned at Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
