Terry Joseph Cooper, age 58 of Carthage, Mo., passed away early Friday, July 12, 2019, at his home surrounded by his family.
Terry was born on June 28, 1961 in Carthage, the son of Curtis and Martha (Wilson) Cooper. He has been a long-time area resident. Terry was an iron worker for years before illness forced him to retire.
He is survived by his parents; Curtis and Martha Cooper of Carthage, two sons; Houston and Matthew, a sister; Susan Shuey and husband Duane of Willard, Mo., two brothers; Kirby Cooper and wife Reveille of Joplin, Kevin “Shady” Cooper of Joplin, and his good friends, the two Stephanies in his life.
Terry is to be taken for cremation with no formal services scheduled.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Mason-Woodard Mortuary & Crematory.
