Wanda M. Smith, age 87, of Joplin, Missouri, passed away Thursday, September 26, 2019.
She was born October 19, 1931, in Sarcoxie, Missouri, to Chas C. and Laura (Williams) Thomas.
Wanda was a bookkeeper and prepared taxes.
She married Ralph Smith and he preceded her in death.

Wanda is survived by four sons, Danny Siler, Kenneth Smith, David Smith and Timothy Smith; one daughter, Marcia Smith Sommer; one brother, Howard Thomas; two sisters, Hazel Romine and Dixie Pieper; seven grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, October 3, 2019, at the Thornhill-Dillon Mortuary was Pastor Nathan Haeck officiating. Burial will follow at Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at the mortuary.
Arrangements are under the personal care and direction of Thornhill-Dillon Mortuary, Joplin, Missouri.
