(From Ozark Funeral Home)Barbara Jean Crawford met her Savior peacefully with her family around her at the home of her kids David and Tanya Groves in Pineville, Missouri on October 16, 2020.
Barbara entered this life on September 25, 1938 to the late Claude Arthur Thomas and Eva (Williams) White. She grew up in Planada California.
She enjoyed being with her family on whatever adventure was at hand whether it be a boat ride, camping, jumping on the trampoline, riding motorcycles with grandkids or watching the littles play in the pool or creek. She absolutely loved cooking and knitting for everyone!
She also enjoyed reading, card, marble and dice games. She was ready for whatever her son in law {David} had planned for the day like a motorcycle ride, old car shopping (mom was the extra driver for David’s crazy purchases), tearing out windows in a snowstorm in the midst of winter or just a simple day of flea markets and yard sales. She was known for her constant smiles. She was known to many as mom/granny.
Barbara was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church of Pineville, Missouri.
Barbara was preceded in death by her husband Howard “Bud” Moore, a son Danny Elery Moore, a grandson Jeremy Moore, two brothers Vernon and James white and two sisters Pauline Corn and Bonnie Wiswall.
Barbara is survived by her two children Roger Moore of California and Tanya and husband David Groves of Pineville. MO, three grandchildren; Krystal and husband Tevor Royce of Granada Spain, David “Bubba” and wife Josi Groves of Rogers, AR and Sarah Moore of California, ten great grandchildren; Joslyn Royce, Truitt Royce, Alexa Royce, Titus Royce, Karson Groves, Liam Groves, Arlo Groves, Kaylee Reder, Logan Reder, Brody FitzGerald, two sisters; Lottie Mericle and Janice Magnone, one brother Ronnie White and a super special person Peggy White (sister-in-law).
