(From Ozark Funeral Home)Jimmy L. Stephens, of Gravette, Arkansas, passed away in Baton Rouge, Louisiana on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at the age of 65.
He was born on August 25, 1955 at Noel, Missouri to Leroy and Mary (Daugherty) Stephens.
Jimmy was a United States Navy Veteran. He worked as a truck driver for 30 years; at Tyson Foods for 15 years, retiring in 2002. Jimmy enjoyed fishing, camping, playing cards, sport shooting and raising cattle.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Jennifer and his mother, Mary. Jimmy is survived by his wife, Frankie; father, Leroy Stephens of Decatur, Arkansas; brother, Terry Stephens and wife, Kathy of Decatur, Arkansas; sister, Norma McCullough and husband, Fred of Bentonville, Arkansas; several nieces and nephews and many friends.
Funeral services for Jimmy, will be held on Monday, November 16, 2020, at 3:00 pm at the Anderson Chapel of the Ozark Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 2:00 until 3:00 pm at the Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Fayetteville National Cemetery in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
