Carl Ray

Carl Albert Ray, Sr., age 64, of Galena, MO, went home to his Savior on Monday, June 28, 2021. He was born on February 2, 1957 in Springfield, MO to Albert and Mary Ray.

At a young age he enlisted in the United States Marine Corp. in which he held a high regard for. Carl was saved and was raised up into the Pentecostal faith and he believed mightily in the power of prayer. For many years, Carl was the owner/operator of A-1 Muffler and Brake in Billings, MO. He fought a long hard battle of heart and lung issues.








Carl was preceded in death by his wife, Debbie; two sons, Carl Albert Ray, Jr. and Robert Daniel and his mom and dad, Albert and Mary Ray.

Survivors include: his six sisters, Carol Cameron and Betty Eisley of Crane, MO; Janie and (Fred) Daugherty, Rhonda Eutsler and Sharon and (Steve) Carter all of Galena, MO; and Pam and (John) Garrett of Wentworth, MO; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. He will be missed by so many.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, July 2, 2021 in Stumpff Funeral Chapel, Crane, MO. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 3, 2021 in Stumpff Funeral Chapel, Crane, MO with Reverend Randall Daum officiating. Burial will be in Payne Cemetery, Nixa, MO under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home, Crane, MO.
