(From Buchanan Funeral Home)Dennis Hager passed away on June 17, 2021 at the age of 78.
Dennis was born October 25, 1942, in Los Angeles, Calif., to Harlan and Berniece (Nast) Hager.
He graduated from Joplin High School in 1960, then attended Wichita State University.
Dennis moved to Monett, Missouri in 1963. He served in the United States Army during Vietnam and returned to Monett in 1968.
He worked for EFCO as a Production Coordinator, prior to being a co-owner of Monalco.
He was preceded in death by his three brothers, Jerry, Richard, and Philip.
He will be remembered by his daughters and their spouses, Amy and Jeff Schoen, Lori and Corbin Daily, also his grandchildren, Lauren, Grant, Jack, Cole, Kate, and Gavin.
A private family service will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions in memory of Dennis can be made to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in care of the funeral home. Arrangements are under the personal care and direction of Buchanan Funeral Home.
