(From Konantz Warden Funeral Home)Patricia Louise Baston “Pat”, residing in Austin, TX passed away on Saturday, June 22, 2019 at the age of 70.

She is preceded in death by her parents Claude Earl and Alberta Catherine Baston, and her uncle William Joseph Perry.
Graduating with a bachelor’s degree from Missouri Southern State College in Joplin, MO, Pat went on to become an elementary school teacher, including teaching in the Bahamas, and later became a successful business owner.
Pat was an avid and talented gardener, photographer, poet, gracious host, and life of the party. She enjoyed spending time with her daughter chatting over coffee or a nice glass of scotch, running errands and traveling together. She also loved their dog Flex who she referred to as her little buddy and who was always by her side.
Pat was a beautiful woman with a kind and generous heart. An inspiration to those who knew her and a role model to her daughter, Pat will be greatly missed, but never forgotten. Pat’s favorite quote to her daughter was “peaks and valleys,” referencing that often to comfort her during hard times.
