(From Buchanan Funeral Home)Joshua Joel Molenaar, 50, of Monett, MO, passed away on Sunday, June 20, 2021 following a sudden illness.
Joshua was born on April 19, 1971 in Evergreen Park, IL, son of Glenn and Linda (Dziuban) Molenaar. Joshua graduated from Monett Christian Academy with the Class of 1989. Joshua had worked for Tyson Foods in the Maintenance Dept. He enjoyed fishing at Pomme de Terre and Stockton lakes. He was also an avid Rock-N-Roll music listener.
Joshua is survived by his son, Matthew Molenaar and wife Sabrina, of Marionville, MO; three grandchildren, Matthew Molenaar, Jr. and Madilynn Molenaar and Aiden Glover; his parents, Glenn and Linda Molenaar, of Pierce City, MO; one brother, Adam Molenaar and wife Carla, of Pierce City; nephews and niece, Joseph Molenaar, Jayden Talbert and Caitlin Talbert; his grandmother, Rose Dziuban, of Sarcoxie; and a host extended family and friends.
Joshua was preceded in death by one grandson, Alexander Molenaar; and his grandfather, Chester “Grandpa How” Dziuban.
A Celebration of Life for Joshua will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 27, 2021 at the Pierce City Park. Pierce City, MO. Arrangements have been entrusted to Buchanan Funeral Home, Monett, MO.
