Lisa Cleveland

Lisa D. Cleveland, age 38, of Joplin, passed away on June 15, 2021 at Mercy Hospital in Joplin.

Lisa, daughter of the late Steven Porter and Sharron (Hight) Robbins, was born on June 14, 1983 in Joplin. She was a lifelong Joplin resident where she grew up and graduated from Joplin High School. 

On December 2, 2006 she was united in marriage to Allen Cleveland in Carterville, MO.

 

Lisa was an exceptional wife, mother, and foster mother. She was the central figure in the lives of her children as a stay-at-home mother. She always ensured that every child who crossed her threshold was safe, healthy, and happy. Lisa enjoyed crocheting and spending quiet time with her husband. Her soft smile and nurturing heart will be greatly missed by her family.

Survivors include her husband, Allen Cleveland, of Joplin; and six children, Gwyneth Cleveland, Bailey Cleveland, Braxton Cleveland, Mila Cleveland, Zayden Cleveland, and Kaden Cleveland, all of the home.

Private family services will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Parker Mortuary, Joplin.
