She had two daughters, Donda Mauger (Freedle) who preceded her in death and Janna Freedle, who currently lives in Maryland. She had one granddaughter, Melissa Chadick (Dickinson) who preceded her in death in March of 2023 after a short illness. She has three great granddaughters, Amanda Marks (Dickinson), Grace Dickinson and Phoebe Chadick.

She worked for several years as a very highly respected and valued nurse in the Department of Obstetrics, Labor and Delivery at Golden Valley Memorial Hospital.

Myrna loved to read, grow beautiful flowers, and was interested in real estate, amateur carpentry and travel. Myrna lived in Florida and moved back to Lamar, MO, her hometown, in her later years to be close to her family.

Myrna will be missed dearly by her daughter and her family.

    1. Sherry, thank you. Surprised you knew about my
Mom’s passing. If intelligence is an unusual attribute, then I agree but otherwise my mother wasn’t any more unusual than anyone else in this hard world we live in.
