Garry Anderson

Garry Calvin Anderson, age 66, passed away on Saturday, January 13th, 2024. Garry was born at St.John’s, Newfoundland on July 9th, 1957 to Elizabeth Deveraux. Elizabeth would go on to marry Danny Anderson in 1959 where he would adopt Garry soon after. 

Over the course of Garry’s life he wore many hats. Garry worked at Simmons in Southwest City, MO for 15+ years.

After leaving Simmons, Garry pursued his entrepreneur dreams and started his landscaping business where he was known to always be on his tractor or backhoe. 

Garry is preceded in death by his parents Elizabeth and Danny Anderson, along with his grandparents, Charles and Helen Anderson. 

He is survived by his siblings Scott Anderson, Deborah Anderson, Tina Anderson Tanner and Christopher Anderson, his children Jamie Shelton, Jeremy Anderson and Mary Anderson. His grandchildren Allyssa Zamora, Bryson Shelton, Jensen Anderson and Jaxson Anderson, as well as two great-grandchildren, Kash O’Donnell and Bexley Shelton.
