She was born in Portland, Oregon on December 9, 1942; the daughter of the late Wiley and Dorothy (Cade) Mudgett.
She was the retired former manager of Skateland in Monett.

Terry is survived by one son: Tony Meadows of Grants Pass, Oregon; two daughters: Timi Meadows of Wentworth, Missouri and Sharra Belk of Moss Point, Mississippi; nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
