Wink Donham

Winston “Wink” Alva Donham, age 84, of Oronogo, Missouri passed away January 2, 2024.

Wink was born in Carl Junction, Missouri to Alva and Dorothy Donham on May 20, 1939.

Wink grew up in Carl Junction and graduated from Carl Junction High School. He worked at Thomas Fruit Company as a truck driver and later drove for Fleming Foods.

He married the love of his life, June Marie Dennen on July 14, 1962. They had 61 wonderful years together and had three children, six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Wink and June loved spending time together and making memories. Wink loved to be with his family and friends. He really enjoyed going to the lake fishing, setting trot lines, and running them. He also really enjoyed drift fishing. He loved the farm and spending time on his tractor and checking cows. His greatest joy was seeing what his grand kids were doing and spending time with them.

Wink leaves behind his wife June, three children, sons, Gary (Deborah), and Jeff (Debbie) Donham, and a daughter, Missy (Randy) Jones. His grandchildren, Josh (Amber), Jay and wade Donham, Samual (Mikaela), Jeremiah Jones, and Michaela (Brandon) Bennett. Three great grandchildren, Preston, Abel, and Drake. He also has many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Funeral services will be 10:00 am Monday January 8, 2024 with Bob Simon officiating.
