Huelene M. Carlin, daughter of Tommy and Rosie Alexander, went to be with her Lord on July 28, 2018. She was 91 years old when she passed. She was preceded in death by her husband, Maynard (Doc) Carlin, her son, Roger Carlin; son-in-law John Juarez; her brothers, Jerry Alexander; Virgil Alexander and Wayne Alexander.
Huelene was a lifelong resident of McDonald County. She and Doc were ranchers, owners of a general Merchandise Store, and mobile home manufacturing plant. She was active in her Church, Meals on Wheels, and other organizations. Huelene was known as a talented seamstress and sewed for family and a host of friends.
She is survived by her children, Robert Evenson and wife, Dee Evenson; Karren Miller Juarez; Robin Morris and husband, David Morris; and daughter-in-law, Vivian Pendergrass. Twelve grandchildren: Robert Evenson and Camille; Holly Geisler and Bill; Troy Miller; Tandra Rhuems and Rich; Chris Carlin and Page; John Carlin and Andrea; Tiffany Griffin and Cody; Austin Morris and Alma; Carlin Morris; Dustin Morris; Kyle Berry and McKenzie Pendergrass. Fourteen Great Grandchildren and seven great, great Grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at the Ozark Funeral Home, Anderson, Missouri between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 5, 2018; the funeral service will be held at the Pineville Christian Church, Pineville, Missouri on Monday, August 6, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be at Union Cemetery. Pallbearers will be her grandsons. Arrangements are under the personal care and direction of the Ozark Funeral Home in Anderson, Missouri.
