(From Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home)Charles L. Testerman, 79, Joplin, MO passed into eternal rest June 5, 2021 at his home in Joplin, MO after losing his battle with cancer.
Charles Leon Testerman was born May 28, 1942 in Ottawa County, OK the son of Chester and Maggie (Strickland) Testerman.
Charles was a life long area resident. He loved woodworking and loved to visit with people. Charles formerly Central Christian Center in Joplin and was currently attending the Sheep Shed in Nesoho, MO. He retired from Missouri Steel Casting for over 40 years retiring in 2004.
Charles L. Testerman married Joyce Sparks April 26, 1962 in Neosho, MO and she preceded him in death October 31, 2019. He was also preceded in death by his parents Chester and Maggie Testerman.
Survivors include one son James Testerman, Joplin; one daughter Tracy Lovell, Joplin; granddaughter Jami Testerman and two other grandchildren; great-grandchildren, Braford, Natalie and Khristopher and five additional great-grandchildren and one sister Linda Glover.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 pm, June 8, 2021 at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00am, June 9, 2021 at the Seneca Cemetery with Kenny Arnold officiating.
