(From Stumpff Funeral Home)Carol “Cookie” Alberta (Ray) Cameron, Crane, MO, daughter of Albert Leon and Mary Elizabeth (O’Banion) Ray, was born on October 14, 1947 in Springfield, MO and departed this life to be with our Lord, August 22, 2021, at the age of 73 years, 10 months and 8 days.
Carol was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Don; her parents; two brothers, Dennis and Carl; and several other beloved family members and friends.
Survivors include: one daughter, Lisa (Cameron) Allen of Crane, MO; one son, Jeff Cameron and his wife, Stephanie of Springfield, MO; five sisters, Betty Eisley of Crane, MO; Janie Daugherty and her husband, Fred; Rhonda Eustler; Sharon Carter and her husband Steve, all of Galena, MO; and Pam Garrett and her husband, John, of Wentworth, MO; granddaughter, Jessica (Allen) Wells and her husband, Dustin and their children, Abbi, Emma and Lily of Crane, MO; grandson, Jody Allen and his wife, Patience of Springfield, MO and his son, Aiden of Goodland, IN; granddaughter, Jamie Allen of Crane, MO; grandson, Jared Cameron of Springfield, MO; grandson, Dylan Hilburn of Springfield, MO; grandson, Tyler Willoughby and family of Springfield, MO; granddaughter, Tiffanie and family; granddaughter, Brittanie and family; grandson, Jeffrey and family and a host of other family and friends.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, August 27, 2021 in Stumpff Funeral Home, Crane, MO.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, August 28, 2021 in Stumpff Funeral Home, Crane, MO with Randall Daum officiating. Burial will be in Galena Cemetery with a graveside service.
