Mr. Timothy Francis Zimmerman Sr., 50, of Anderson, Missouri, departed this life on Saturday, August 28, 2021, in Joplin, Missouri.

Timothy entered this life Friday, September 25, 1970, in Joplin, Missouri, born to Francis and Loretta Zimmerman.

He was a very proud father and wonderful grandpa, who loved to spend time with his family and friends, always knowing how to have a good time. He loved to laugh, spend time outside working with his hands, and was a “Mr. Fix-it” type. He was an honest man and hardworking man, and many would say he would give you the shirt off his back. His hobbies included building things, grilling, taking trips to the river, riding and tinkering with his motorcycles, and most importantly, spending time with his friends and family.

He is preceded in death by his father, Francis Zimmerman and sister Debra Mahurin.

Timothy is survived by his mother, Loretta Zimmerman, and his step mother, Carlette Zimmerman, who was always by his side and treated him like he was her own; his siblings Gloria Jenkins (John), Mike Zimmerman (Donna), Bob Zimmerman (Lorna), Robyn Bowman (Rick), Kelly Zimmerman, Leigh Zimmerman, and Heidi Verono; his three children, Timothy Zimmerman Jr., Kaylin McAlaxander, and Tauney Zimmerman; five grandchildren, as well as a host of family and friends who will miss him dearly.

Graveside funeral services for Mr. Timothy Francis Zimmerman will be held Friday, September 3, 2021, at 10:00 a.m., at the Anderson Cemetery in Anderson, Missouri, with Bishop Toby Henson officiating. The family will receive friends and family Thursday, September 2, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., at the Ozark Funeral Home in Anderson, Missouri.
