(From Paul Thomas Funeral Home)Kim Renee James of Miami, OK passed from this life Friday, August 27. 2021 at Freeman Hospital in Joplin, MO. She was 61.
Kim was born June 3, 1960 in Miami, OK to Jimmy Lee and Billie Jean (Pattison) Robinson. She had lived in the Miami and Quapaw area all her life. Kim was co-owner of East Central Pawn in Miami, OK and a member of Southeast Baptist Church in Commerce, OK.
Kim was preceded in death by 1 grandson Jarren Myers and her father Jimmy Lee Robinson.
Survivors include her husband Wayne James of the home, 2 daughters, Amber Calvin and husband Tyeson of Miami, OK and Brittney Hart of Welch, OK, her mother and step father, Billie and Larry Tomlinson of Commerce, OK, 3 brothers, Jerry Truelove and wife Terri Sue of Oklahoma City, OK, Jim Robinson and wife Jana of Fairland, OK and Shawn Truelove and wife Maggie of Joplin, MO, 4 sisters, Cindy Maute of Miami, OK, Darla Shaulga of Miami, OK, Tawnya Frost of Joplin, MO and Michelle Robinson of Fayetteville, AR and 2 grandchildren Landon Hart and Hallie Hart.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, September 2, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the Paul Thomas Funeral Home Chapel in Miami, OK. Rev. Geoff Buffalo will officiate. Interment will be in Hickory Grove Cemetery, N.W. of Grove, OK. Tyeson Calvin, Jim Robinson, Shawn Truelove, Keoni Shauga, Max Munson and Korey Cantwell. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening 6 to 8 p.m. at Paul Thomas Funeral Home Chapel in Miami, OK.
