(From Parker Mortuary)Daniel Dean Fisher, age 59, Joplin, passed away on Friday, August 13, 2021 at Mercy of Joplin after a sudden illness.
Dan was born December 5, 1961 in Ottumwa, Iowa, son of the late Larry D. Fisher and (mother’s name). He grew up in Iowa, and worked in construction as a roofer, working mainly in home construction. He was also an independent contractor working on home remodeling for years. He moved to Joplin in 2016, and was happiest when riding his Harley, or spending time with family.
Dan is survived by his wife, Olliemarie Fisher of the home, his children, Kevin Fisher of Kearney, NE, Elizabeth Demilt, Michael McFall both of Cozad, NE, Jason McFall of Colorado, Lacey Kussman of Oklahoma, Brandon Miller of Liberal, MO; 11 grandchildren; brothers, Charles Fisher, Michael Briles, and Dennis Briles all of Ottumwa, IA; sister, Brenda Satterfield of Seneca, MO; numerous nieces and nephews.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary with no services planned at this time.
