(From Paul Thomas Funeral Home)Connie Jean Harris of Quapaw, OK passed from this life Saturday, August 21, 2021 at Galena Nursing Center in Galena, KS. She was 63.
Connie was born May 11, 1058 in Baxter Springs, KS to Claude and Mary (Baker) Hill. She was a 1976 graduate of Quapaw High School and was a lifetime Quapaw and Peoria resident.
Connie was a supervisor for Eagle-Picher in Joplin, MO. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Peoria, OK.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 brother, Ray Barnett and 1 sister, Wilma Faye Harris.
Connie is survived by her husband Frank Harris of the home, 1 son, Rocky Harris and his wife Carmen of Carl Junction, MO, 1 daughter, Stacie Harris and her partner Hannah Henderson of Guthrie, OK, 2 brothers, Ronnie Hill of Galena, KS and Raymond Barnett of Peoria, OK and 5 grandchildren, Malaki Harris, Myrissa Harris, Tatum Alyea, Hudson Alyea and Annalee Henderson.
Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at Seneca Cemetery in Seneca, MO with Rev. Bob Martin officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Paul Thomas Funeral Home Chapel in Miami, OK.
