(From Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home)Gary David Wayne, 48, Sarcoxie, MO, passed away April 18, 2022, at Mercy Hospital Joplin Mo. after an illness.
Gary David Wayne was born November 24, 1973, in Illinois the son of Gerald and Reta (McSwain) Wayne.
Gary served his country in the United States Navy from March 3, 1998, until retiring on July 31, 2013. He was an airplane maintenance technician and instructor.
Gary enjoyed fishing with his family every week, playing his guitar and listening to music, working on cars, and telling Navy stories every chance he got.
Gary David Wayne married Terrie Loux on July 31, 1998, in San Diego, CA. and she survives.
Additional survivors include a daughter Shandella Wayne of Sarcoxie MO.; a stepdaughter Amber Frinch of Viasille CA.; a stepdaughter Juanita Saxer of Joplin Mo.; a stepson Edward Saxer of San Marone CA.; a brother, Michael Wayne of Justice Illinois; 1 grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
The body was taken for cremation under the direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home in Seneca, MO. The family will hold a Celebration of Life Service at a later date.
