Patricia Woodard

Patricia Ann (Clifton) Woodard of Carterville, MO, age 57, passed away at 1:03 am on April 28, 2022, surrounded by family, at Freeman Hospital. Patricia was born in Webb City, MO on March 11, 1965, to Junior and Jessie (Stewart) Clifton. She graduated from Webb City High School in 1983 and remained a lifetime resident of the Webb City area.

Patricia was a stay-at-home mom, who truly enjoyed taking care and raising her family. When her 3 children, Brittany, Dustin and Charles, were all old enough to attend school, Patricia went back to work as a dietary aid in local nursing homes. 

In her free time, she enjoyed sitting at the park enjoying nature, taking long drives without set destinations, and spending time with her friends and family. When Patricia was around, there was never a dull moment. She will be missed greatly by all those that knew her.

Survivors include her husband, Stanley Woodard of Joplin, Mo; mother, Jessie Clifton of Carterville, Mo; daughter, Brittany Harris and husband Craig, of Carthage, Mo; sons, Dustin Clifton of Carterville, Mo; Charles Woodard of Joplin, Mo; grandson, Rylan Harris; brothers, Glenn Clifton; Randy Clifton; Ricky Clifton, sisters, Sherry Blackburn; Kathy Bronson, and many nieces, nephews and extended family members.

Patricia was preceded in death by her father, Junior Clifton Sr., and brother, Junior Clifton Jr.

The family will receive friends from 2:00-4:00pm on Wednesday at the Mason-Woodard Chapel.

Arrangements are under the care of Mason-Woodard Mortuary in Joplin.
