Virginia Hinshaw

Virginia Dawn Hinshaw, age 32, of Lockwood, Missouri, passed away at 7:32 p.m. on Friday, January 13, 2023, at her parent’s home. She was born February 25, 1990, in Lamar, Missouri, the daughter of Bill and Kelly (Colley) Hinshaw.

Jen was a 2008 graduate of Miller High School in Miller, Missouri and worked as a cashier for TA Truck Stop in Mt. Vernon.

Jen is survived by her parents, Bill and Kelly, of LaRussell, Missouri; one sister, Patricia Powell and her husband, Alan, of Mt. Vernon, Missouri; one brother, Adam Hinshaw and his wife, Brittany, of La Russell, Missouri; two nephews, Gabe Powell and Daman Hinshaw; one niece, Ceighley Hinshaw and several aunts, uncles, cousins and other family and friends.

Jen was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Mason and Raymah Colley and paternal grandparents, Bill, and Charlene Hinshaw.

A graveside service, under the direction of the Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home, in Mt. Vernon, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 21, 2023, at the Colley Cemetery.
