(From Knell Mortuary)Patricia Anne Dixon, 86, Carthage, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, January 2, 2024, at her home. Patricia was born October 20, 1937, in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of the late Billie (Turner) Young. She was a 1956 graduate of William Christman High School in Kansas City, Missouri.
She was united in marriage to Harold Lee Dixon; he preceded her in death. She attended the Kansas City Art Institute and worked as owner/operator of Ruxon Advertising. Patricia was a very talented artist, enjoyed photography, loved playing games and working on her many crafts.
Survivors include a daughter, Valorie Mendiola; a son, Eric Dixon, Sr.; eight grandchildren, Stephanie, Melissa, Whitney, Nicolette, Madasen, Nicole, Eric, and Sara; several great-grandchildren; and many extended family and friends.
She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Christina Lynn Diaz.
